You don’t have to lead a weekly club or work directly with students to make an eternal impact on a young person’s story. As a Community Support Team (CST) member, you serve as the faithful community behind the scenes—fueling local middle and high school ministries through intentional prayer, caring for and encouraging on-the-ground leaders, and opening doors through local partnerships and advocacy. By committing just a few flexible hours each month and gathering for quarterly team meetings, you provide the critical foundation and sustainable support ministry leaders need so more teens can encounter the hope and love of Jesus.
